CATERING MENU: Choice of Lobster, Steak, or Chicken and then entree includes, red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob, Linguica/Chorizo, steamers, mussels, homemade cole slaw, and sliced watermelon.

Starter: Choice of: Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque served with a dinner roll.
Choice of: 1 1/4 pound lobster, 16oz ribeye steak, or Char- broiled Chicken.

Entrée served with red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob, Linguica/Chorizo, steamers, mussels, homemade cole slaw, and sliced watermelon.

Kids meal includes burger or hot dog, corn-on-the-cob, potato chips & sliced watermelon for $7.95 per child.

Our clambake party takes around 2-1/2 to 3 hours from the time we arrive until all food is cooked and all clean up is complete.

We arrive 1 hour before serving time; set up the buffet tables with chafing dishes, all condiments, claw crackers, wet naps and trash bins. We have it all! Next our crew will begin to cook the food. And yes, all food is cooked onsite.

All food will be ready at the pre-determined time.

FIRST COURSE SERVED: Clam chowder or lobster bisque.

SECOND COURSE SERVED: Your choice of Lobsters, steak or chicken served with steamers, mussels, Linguica/Chorizo, corn, potato and coleslaw.

After all clean up is complete by our staff and the claw crackers are
collected final payment is due.
